Summer Regatta Paddling Season
Summer Regatta Season Sprints have started. Wailea Canoe Club Participates in Maui County Hawaiian Canoe Racing Association events held during the months of June and July with State Championships hosted by Hawaii Canoe Racing Association.

Long Distance
Wailea Canoe Club has an outstanding mens long distance program that have taken them across the globe competitively, bringing home to Maui many trophies while constantly evolving and learning differently styles and cultures regarding paddling. The men of Wailea Canoe Club were the original Team Primo and Team Maui Jim men who have since the ending of covid raced and represented their home club of Wailea Canoe Club. Practices start immediately following the regatta season.

The women of Wailea have started to make their introduction into distance races and have traveled as well to participate. Practices for the women also commence after regatta season. Practices are listed under the Regatta program.
